Jaime & Lisa both went out of their way to help me resolve a difficulty I had with my skin reactiing to a product. They each set aside time outside of their appointments to see me, take action for me & with me & to make sure I had what I needed until the issue was resolved. I felt very supported. This was amazing customer service
