It was wonderful to spend time at Serenity today. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I came away having a better understanding about my hair and what products would help its condition. I feel very positive that it will now improve and makes me more confident about how to continue looking after it at home.

I wasn't sure what to expect as the last time Jasmine cut my hair it was long pass my shoulders. But with the bit of hair I had she cut,blow dried and straightened into a lovely short style. Thank you Jasmine
I moved to Lee-on-the-Solent 4 years ago and needed to find a hairdresser. I called in the shop Emma was at reception and booked an appointment there and then with Emma. I have used the other stylists and always have been pleased with whoever has cut it for me. The stylists are always on time. x
Visited serenity today to have a manicure and pedicure with Maddie. It was relaxing and very friendly. Maddie has just started here after training at college she took her time to ensure everything was completed to perfection. Maddie has special offers on at the moment to build up her clientele base I would highly recommend her so be quick to get the offers. I will definitely be returning even when paying full price. I also have my hair done here now. Everyone is so friendly not like some salons. The coffee and biscuits were the icing on the cake.
Excellent service as usual. Emma cut and blow dried my hair really well . Most importantly to me Emma listened to what I wanted and the end result was outstanding.

I can honestly say that Serenity Hair is one of the best hairdressers I have come across. I wanted some advice about a transformation of hair colour and received a very thorough adhoc consultation from Julie, Jasmine and Emma. These ladies were so lovely from day one, and I went onto booking in a colour and cut appointment with Jasmine 2 months ago and have just been back again for another colour and cut. The salon ladies are very welcoming and knowledgeable and look after you with drinks and biscuits. I have received lots of compliments about my hair from family and friends and would highly recommend anyone to go to Serenity Hair.
