I came to Lauren with grown out roots and very brassy highlights which she transformed into the perfect neutral, creamy blonde which was exactly what I asked for! I am going back soon for my regrowth.

Lauren was absolutely brilliant she listened to what I wanted and gave some great advice, am so so happy with my hair cut!

Nikki at SW1 has been looking after my hair for at least 17 years! She is a brilliant hairdresser and part of a great team at the salon. It has a lovely atmosphere and all the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and professional.

I've been to Lauren-Paris a few times for my highlights now. She's super-talented and always produces awesome results.

I’ve been going to SW1 for the past 10yrs. The owner, Pedro, is an extremely experienced hair stylist and always listens attentively to what I ask for. The salon has a lovely relaxed atmosphere and I always come away feeling pampered after a haircut. Today, Courtney washed my hair and followed it with a great head massage. I would highly recommend this salon if you’ve not been before.

I have been having my hair done at SW1 for many years now and have always found it a pleasurable experience. All the staff there are very professional and polite and I always leave happy my hair being just what I asked for and never disappointed. Nikki cuts my hair and she is exceptional in my opinion. Would definitely recommend.

Debbie took immense trouble to adapt the perm I was having to meet my needs. And the result was the best ever.

Nicky was great and styled my hair very well.

Firstly I'm not happy with my haircut.
Secondly my whole forehead was coloured which I can gave it a 5y old to do the same or even better. And trurdly I've been charged more than I was told which is not correct and I will not use again their service.

Superb stylist whom I have known since she was a trainee many years ago. She cut and resryled my hair today and I just love what she has done. It has cheered me up on a very miserable rainy day. Thanks Debbie and everyone who makes a visit to SW1 a great, relaxing experience.

My Mother had been desperate for a perm for months. Debbie looked after her so well and was very calm and patient. She kept Mum updated as to what was happening next.

Pedro is such a good stylist and excellent with colour; he has blended my roots and greys seamlessly and my highlights look so natural. Fab blow dry too which lasted for days! It’s always a pleasure to sit in the chair at SW1 - the vibe is very relaxed and friendly. Pedro takes the time to listen and if you’re trying to explain something you want or a look you’d like to try he just gets it and then delivers!

So relaxing and great finish

Spent a couple of hours with Lauren who removed my extensions again with great patience and care. This was my second time having extensions expertly installed by Pedro a few weeks ago for a special occasion as my hair is very fine without much volume. The results are amazing but this time I was careful to have the extensions removed after a couple of months before they got too entangled as they are growing out. Lauren is absolutely lovely, patient, warm-hearted and utterly professional. She is very experienced and confident. Going to SW1 and being taken care of by Pedro or Lauren is always a real treat and knowing that I will come out looking fa-bu-lous ( in all modesty ?) is a bonus to the day. Great atmosphere in the salon, great place to relax and their coffee is yameh.

Debbie has been my only hairdresser for about 10 years, and I’ve been coming to SW1 since around 2005, best hairdressers in Tunbridge Wells. Debbie is brilliant, more a friend than hairdresser. and I would like to adopt Winnie but Pedro might have something to say about that.

Pedro cut my hair beautifully yesterday. I hadn’t had a hair cut in months and I was thrilled with the result . Even my husband noticed and I’ve had several compliments today . Although I live Nr Rye I will definitely return . Thank you so much .

This was my first visit to the salon - I was made to feel very welcome - all the staff were lovely - Rochelle was my stylist and right from the minute we started chatting - I really felt she was not only listening but also understood exactly what I was asking for - very professional and very good stylist - I enquired about colour !
