Great salon and staff.

Had a beautiful facial this morning. However, prior to this I had a shoulder and back massage. Both experiences were brilliant. I feel completely chilled out now. My complexion feels lovely. Layla did a beautiful job of my nails as usual, which everyone always comments on as being beautiful

Really happy with my hair after the cut and colour with Alex. A lovely, relaxing experience

Went somewhere else a couple of weeks ago for a hair cut but saw the result and just wanted to wear a hat 24/7 and hated it. Then went to ellie j's and they couldnt of done a better job so accomidating so lovely and just an amazing tune my hair looks incredible and outstanding thankyou so much will be returning again soon

I’ve had quite a few treatments with Charlie, massage and facials. She is knowledgeable and highly professional. I would highly recommend a visit you you haven’t already.

Salon is very covid cautious, Charlie is super professional, made me feel really welcome and very thorough, always checking that I was OK. ??

Always love coming to have my nails done. A bit of me time aswell as a chat with Kiva! As I’ve been coming so long, Kiva knows what I like and don’t. But my summer pastel nails I love and I can’t wait to show them off.

Alex listened to what I wanted, explained everything and what would be the better colour for my hair, I was extremely pleased with the outcome, colour cut and blow dry was amazing, ,, as was Alex .

I took advantage of July’s special offer and booked a prescription facial with a free back and shoulder massage included for free. Knots in my shoulders were worked on until they surrendered and my skin feels as though I’m glowing after a facial that did not aggravate my sensitive skin!

Enjoyed the experience thank you. However I am disgusted to find when I received my online receipt that I have been charged a Covid surcharge if £1.50. This is a dreadful rip off and I will now review whether to continue as a customer

All staff I saw were kind, friendly and helpful especially with added things to be on top of such as track/trace and washing hands because of covid etc.
Georgie was very informative and understanding. As someone who hasn't had her haircut in a salon before Georgie explained everything to be in a way in which I would understand and explained what options would be best for me and my hair type without saying "do this do that". A lovely experience and I can't wait to go back and actually have it all done!

Very considerate and professional. Dealt with a half leg wax on scarred, lymphodema legs without making me feel conscious at all. Lovely!

Georgie is extremely knowledgable and very good at what she does. So pleased I found her, at last my hair looks great and manageable. Thank you Georgie ☺️
