I was really impressed that Natalie went out of her way to contact me to tell me ***** was sick and could not do my highlights but she had managed to fit me in with *****. However I walked away from the salon disappointed as I felt that there were not many foils put in my hair and it did not make a huge difference to my colour. Maybe I should have gone for half a head rather than an t section so I will remember that for next time. When I got home I kept thinking how expensive it was and then I found out I had been charged an extra 10% because apparently I have thick hair ! I remember looking at the foils in my hair and thinking there weren’t many in there so not sure why I was being charged 10% more. I phoned up and went in and they gave me a refund for the difference but I am unhappy that this charge was made in the first place. This has really put me off having my highlights done there in future.
