Robyn is friendly and a good listener. She does exactly what you want with your hair and I am always very hapywith the result. I am devastated that the salon is closing as there is no other within easy reach. Mostly I will miss Robyn.

Sophie is there whilst Caitlin is on maternity leave and she is a real asset to the team. The transition to her has been seamless and she has again coloured my hair beautifully. She is very friendly and kind and I am so happy with my colour

My regular stylist had left and so I was moved to Robyn. She understood my needs immediately and graded the ends of my bob so that it would sit up well. I loved it straight away and it is easy to manage.
Robyn is pleasant and friendly but she doesn’t chat much because she really concentrated on what she is doing. I really value that concentration and I got a great haircut from her

Sophie, as always, was bright and bubbly and a very good listener which I’d have thought all were essential qualities for a hair stylist?? The colour is just perfection, each time I think there is no way it will come out as good as the last but every time it’s better! Amazing!! Then I had my hair cut with Natalie who not only cut my hair to lift it but also to show off the colour better, and she understands how ruthless she needs to be when cutting into my hair, I’m like a yeti otherwise!! As always the salon was clean and tidy and all the staff are as friendly as they have always been. I have to add that I’ve been coming to the salon since February 2008 so I was shocked to hear of it closing, I get why, but it is a real shame, I hope they do something different with the space and that the equipment isn’t just tossed into a skip - I’m willing to take any products off your hands if the price is free for loyal customers....?! I want to wish them all lots of luck in their new adventures and thank you putting up with me for so long!!

So pleased with my new hairstyle

I went back to the salon after having my hair cut and coloured last week, as after washing it a couple of times myself I still felt that it was a bit too bulky at the back. Natasha was her usual cheery self and very quickly weeded out the area I mentioned without any fuss or questioning. Very happy with the result now and was even more happy when the trim was free of charge, I just love this salon and how well you’re treated from the minute you walk in, I’m one content bunny now thank you very much!!

Not only did I have Natasha perfectly cut my hair but I also had Sophie perfectly colour my hair, both girls were professional and friendly and I was right to trust their judgement on any changes I asked for. I’m booked in again for 8 weeks time and 11 years and a few stylists later, I wouldn’t trust anywhere else to go anywhere near my hair! Perfect!

Tash always gives me a beautiful haircut. I wait 8 weeks between cuts and it sits as beautifully at the end as it did when first cut. A truely first rate hairdresser.

Sophie coloured my hair again yesterday. It had lasted 8 weeks with some grey coming through at the roots but the colour remained true and I felt good throughout the 8 weeks. I feel confident to wait another 8 weeks for my next appointment

Sophie did an amazing job yesterday with my highlights, and also managed to fit me back in today to make sure my hair was the tone I wanted as didn't have time yesterday! Great job, definitely recommend her and will come back

I was really impressed that Natalie went out of her way to contact me to tell me ***** was sick and could not do my highlights but she had managed to fit me in with *****. However I walked away from the salon disappointed as I felt that there were not many foils put in my hair and it did not make a huge difference to my colour. Maybe I should have gone for half a head rather than an t section so I will remember that for next time. When I got home I kept thinking how expensive it was and then I found out I had been charged an extra 10% because apparently I have thick hair ! I remember looking at the foils in my hair and thinking there weren’t many in there so not sure why I was being charged 10% more. I phoned up and went in and they gave me a refund for the difference but I am unhappy that this charge was made in the first place. This has really put me off having my highlights done there in future.

Tash has cut my hair for many years and always does a great job.

Very happy with my new colour Sophie was lovely . I was disappointed that I could not get my fringe trimmed despite asking for it to be done when I booked the appointment.

Absolutely brilliant listened to what I wanted and made suggestion. That in the end work much better :)
