My hair appointment for Christmas is always the day I break up and usually what makes me feel ready for Christmas. This year was no exception! Thank you to the team at Chic and Chanise especially for making me feel incredible. I love my look, my colour and my confidence. What a fab-u-lous way to start the holidays. You listened to my wishes and I could not be more thrilled with your talents.

Lisa has been cutting my sons hair from 2 years old and he’s now 6 years old. They have great conversations together and she’s very child focused.

Sophie has been fantastic with my little girl. She is always happy and smiley. She ensures she talks to her about her toys and preschool. She is very complimentary and has created many styles for my little girl which have received great compliments.

I had to cancel my appointment at very short notice due to unforeseen circumstances, the lovely lady who took my call rebooked me in for later that day.

First visit for a number of years. I had a cut, blow dry and straighten. Sophie was friendly, kind, helpful and efficient. I was extremely pleased with my cut and styling which Sophie took care over. She also gave me lots of advice on styling my own hair and recommended products to use. All in all a good experience. Thanks
