What a fantastic experience from start to finish. Watching a master at work. I never felt a thing, as with other salons I always felt like my hair was being pulled out, but Phil was a master of his profession, I could have slept through it, he was so gentle I never felt one hair being pulled, but I had to watch as it was fascinating and mesmerising, and then voilà the end result WOW, shame about the face, but the hair, what I have of it, was superb, fantastic, gorgeous even. What the master had crafted from nothing was mouth opening. This was my second time with Phil and I will never go anywhere else. I use to hate hairdressers and always came out crying in pain or going home and trimming it straight, but not this time, with a smile and my head held high I swaggered home, probably making a spectacle of myself, but I didn't care as I felt great, Thanks Phil you made my day and probably every day until it's time for a cut and blow dry again.

I’ve been coming here for years on and off only for waxing and it’s just so easy, I’m in and out, the girls are so lovely and make you feel welcome and relaxed, will always continue to come along!

Went in for 2 services today, haircut with Phil absolutely amazing! He’s my go to hairdresser, left me feeling and looking fabulous. My leg wax however has left me very disappointed, was done by ***** and a colleague but after getting home a huge patch on the back in my thigh is missing on both sides. Unfortunately I’m going abroad and have no time to come back in to have this fixed but looks like my top thigh wasn’t waxed at all, not worth the £24

Phil is always friendly while efficiently dealing with hair - however problematic. Whether you suddenly decide that a last-minute tidy-up is essential - or something more elaborate is planned - he’s on it.

Great service today as usual. I always feel comfortable in the salon and Bernice always does what I ask. Today it was to feel and look less frumpy which was sorted with a good couple of inches cut off. I love it.

Really happy with the colour & cut

I arrived late but staff were still pleasant towards me & didn’t make my time feel rushed. Restyle is perfect, just like the picture shown to Phil ( apart from the face!) Definable worth the recommend to Phil & his colleagues.

Nothing is ever too much trouble and all the staff are just lovely. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended
