Excellent very happy

I spent a very enjoyable morning at Strands yesterday while having my hair permed,cut and blowdried. The service here is always excellent and all the staff from manager level to juniors are extremely friendly, and very helpful. It is always a treat to spend time at this salon and I am looked after very well.

Great quality, as always. I would not use any other salon. The ladies are so professional and the best in the area, by a mile. Thanks again for a world class service Becki and Emilie.

I had 4iches cut off today! Was such a warm welcome by all staff! Had a nice posh coffee delivered on a tray! Then a relaxing hair wash and professional cut! Steve cut my hair and he was so knowledgeable, friendly and professional! I recommended my girlfriend who came with me and we were both rewarded with a £10 discount! Thanks again, I will deffinitly be coming back! :)

The salon kindly fitted me in as a walk in half head of foils. Steve was lovely and did a great job, made some suggestions and made my hair look great. Thanks Steve!

I love coming to strands. They go above and beyond to make having your hair done an amazing experience. From having a cappuccino, free gifts, massage chairs and the amazing staff! Plus My hair cut is amazing!!

I had a lovely experience at Strands. I was looked after by Jodie and she was amazing. She went to so much trouble to do a lovely job and despite having other clients she balanced them all with looking after me. I was left for certain periods on my own and at certain points I was literally freezing cold and dying for a nice hot drink and to get the cold wet off of my neck and something to wipe my eyes with as the wet was dripping in my ears which was particularly present. But I fully understand they were busy and for the service I was extremely happy with what was achieve. I will come back for my next colour and haircut.

My first time visiting the salon and I couldn't be happier! I've already booked my second appointment! All staff were so happy, positive and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for Steve even though I had a late night appointment. Excellent service and definitely value for money

Fantastic hairdressers and lovely atmosphere. I have had a few different hairdressers there depending on who's available and always had a great cut and a warm welcome by lovely staff. Would recommend to all.

Emily has styled my hair for a year now and she has always done a good job. She is a good stylist and makes me look younger.

Always have a good cut and blow dry. Good styling makes me feel like a new man. Wife likes it too.

I had the lovely Danielle and Strands Hill Head, I came in with horrible roots and a need for a cut after heat damage and split ends - after almost 4hours I walked out of the salon looking like a diva! So happy with the colours and tones and did a beautiful job of reshaping and trimming my hair! Finished off with a lovely bouncy wave effect! ???????? First class!
