Steve was great as usual but I don't like the new layout of the salon. Feels very cramped and I don't think much of food being carried out behind me whilst I'm having an appointment. It's a bit like sitting in the middle of a restaurant.
We pay premium prices in this salon and its not a good experience .

As usual, everything about the salon is great.
The welcome, consultation and treatment/ colour/ cut make me feel like I matter. The result is stunning.
Being able to buy barista coffee and cake. ( and although I don’t wine) is a bonus!

I was not happy when I arrived to be told my usual stylist was unavailable and someone I had never met would be cutting and styling my hair. I then had the choice to go or stay.
Why hadn’t they let me know in advance?
I am so pleased I stayed! Ebony listened to all my fears and quirks and gave me a great cut and style as well as giving me some good advice and product information along with having a nice chat. I will be seeing her again.

Always a good experience at this salon. Not only a good cut and stylist but also a great cafe/coffee shop at the front. My husband has Alzheimers and he can have coffee/cake and see me. Perfect.

I have very lengthy hair and chose to take the risk and go short, Danielle did not disappoint..it’s better than I even imagined and I love how it frames my face, definitely coming back in the future!

Ann is an amazing hair stylist. I have never been disappointed with a cut she has done for me and when I wanted something different she made a suggestion that was just perfect.

Had to change my original appt so Danielle did my hair. She hasn’t styled my hair before but I was very pleased with the results. It’s sometimes a bit strange being done by a new stylist but Danielle made me feel totally at ease. Thank you

Visited after being in the sun and swimming multiple times a day so my hair was dry and tired.
Left feeling relaxed with a head of shiny locks. As usual, Steve has adjusted my colour to suit the season and fact I’ll be spending the next three weeks in the sun.
The salon always has a chilled vibe and is friendly and welcoming.

Just wanted to say how much Ann looks after me. Ann is so kind and generous with her advice and amazing cutting and styling.

Usual enjoyable time everyone was very pleasant and professional. Every time I have been to the salon I have always been treated as a valued customer and have had good advice and help from all.

Well what can I say. From the moment I entered the salon, being a woman of a certain age, I was overheating immediately. Ebony noticed this and after asking if I was OK and if I needed a glass of water, I asked if I could take my gown off. I know this would mean her checking with one of the managers (because this is not allowed). I said I would take full responsibility for my clothes, but there was no way I could keep the gown on, hot flushes and all. I took the gown off, Ebony still checked on my wellbeing throughout the appointment.
I had full foil highlights, a cut and blowdry. All I can say is I was blown away when I saw the result. Ebony has a fantastic future ahead of her, she truly is an awesome stylist and a beautiful person.

I was greeted by Steve who is always so friendly and welcoming. He is so professional asking about my colour and how I would like my hair cut. The other staff around the salon and cafe are also very friendly. It feels like a treat to come to the salon. Thank you Steve and team.

Everyone within the salon is lovely. Also the person in charge of the bistro who greats you with a warm smile no matter how busy she is

Arrived at the salon to be told my usual stylist had decided to go travelling and was I happy for Danielle to cut and blow dry my hair? Not really! But how wrong was I. She was brilliant. An experienced stylist who really listened to what I wanted from my visit to make me happy and comfortable and with a good outcome. I was a very happy lady when I left. Next appointment in the book.

It’s always nerve racking having your hair cut, coloured and styled by someone new. Alix immediately put me at ease. I left after a couple of hours feeling relaxed and very happy with my hair.
The salon has a great atmosphere. If you’re feeling peckish there is an in house licensed coffee shop too.

It’s super scary having a new stylist when your hair has been cut and coloured by the same person for years - Alix did the salon and herself proud.
My hair looks amazing. Back to its shiny self!
