Such lovely hairdressers with my boys. My eldest really struggled having his hair cut after covid and now happily sits there for Naz to cut his hair. My little one happily sat in the car which having his cut. Thankyou x

I had a really nice experience with my 4 year olds hair cut. The salon was really child friendly and calm and they gave lots of attention and reassurance to my little one who has never enjoyed having his hair cut. We will definitely be going back. Thank you

I used to rave about this place and ensure that all my friends with kids went there. Since recent good hairdressers have left, its evident they have been replaced with less experienced ones who have little experience cutting young children's hair. I took my near 2 year old today and I had to prompt so many times to tidy up missed bits. I left feeling so disappointed and since being home I have noticed the back is completely uneven - clipped on one side and not the other. His ears aren't even and hair missed around the ears. Zero interaction with my son despite this place being specialist for kids. It looks no different and my husband sadly commented it looked less tidy than before the cut! I did not feel confident in the chap that was cutting my sons hair sadly. Huge improvements needed and I will not be returning again.

Absolutely awful haircut for my boy today. He’s had questionable haircuts in here before but this was another level. Really upset and will not be returning

Nice lad but did not have enough experience in cutting young children’s hair.
He didn’t talk to Ted , nor offer entertainment until prompted.
All things that are learned with experience but as a customer I paid for a professional haircut which was not provided. A toddler is not going to sit still for 30 minutes, I did have to ask him to tidy up a lot of areas but once hair is cut off there’s very little scope for improvement.
Didn’t complain at the time as he said it’s only his 3rd day in the job.
It wasn’t a standard provided by a professional, visible scissor ridges and patchy areas showing the scalp.
Ted has a special Christmas event soon and his mother felt disappointed that he would now not look his best for photographs.
Hopefully he will be offered more guidance and see this as learning curve.
Over the year the standard has dropped generally due to the experienced staff leaving.

Friendly hairdresser who is great with kids. Listens to what is wanted and excellent haircut. Toys and books provided so little one is entertained whilst older kids have their hair cut.

Haykey is fantastic with my son who is deaf. Very patient and he won't have his hair cut by anyone else or anywhere else

Hayley is amazing she really is so good with Kasper considering he hates the sound of the clippers but with some gentle persuading he does tolerate it and today he was much better than usual.

Hairdresser was polite but not very engaging - especially considering person is very young and maybe only their second or third cut
No real engagement with parents
Was told needed 30 minute appt irrespective of what was required - cut took less than 10 minutes.
Given what was done it was a very expensive visit.
No attempt to make the experience more value for money.
Overall disappointed and won’t return.

Our son puts up a very difficult fight when getting his hair cut but thanks to the amazing patience and speed of multiple stylists we’ve had at his and kids we no longer dread trying to get his hair cut.

I took my 18 month old to get his haircut, to says he’s not the biggest fan would be an understatement but even when he’s screaming, crying, moving his head and try and grab the scissors, Naz managed a brilliant cut! She was very patient and very fast! As soon as the cut was finished he was given a biscuit and was waving at all the staff happy as can be. Thank you, I would highly recommend! X

Nicola was great with my 6 year old and 3 year old. She was engaging when are chatted to them and put them at ease. She checked if I was happy with the cut a few times and was happy to adjust things slightly. She offered to do a elsa plait for my eldest who loved it!!! A great experience- would highly recommend!!!

Thank you for another great cut from Naz for my 2-year-old son. He is autistic and can struggle with bright and busy environments, also with strangers. Naz seems very calm and understanding of him and has a lot of patience with him. Her hair cutting skills are exceptional; she shows great skill and attention-to-detail.

Hayley was kind and gentle with my son and very welcoming. She made both him and I feel at ease and was patient and interactive with him. His haircut is great and she was very quick and proficient with this.

Hayley is fab, always very friendly and is excellent with our little one who has gone from being extremely overwhelmed and upset at the salon to now sitting very comfortably and relaxed. We highly recommend Hayley to everyone.

Haircut was good but we specifically chose his and kids because our son HATES! Getting his haircut but he will tolerate if he gets a fun kids seat and some tv etc. we booked for a kids session but didn’t get the usual facilities so he was really upset and we had to restrain him

Previously our son hasn’t been bothered by clippers etc let alone the haircut itself but today was not his day. His 6th haircut in total and each one before he’s sailed through but for whatever reason, nothing calmed him. But, I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name, his hairdresser today took everything in her stride and did such an amazing job with a screaming, wriggling child. Full credit to her and all of you dealing with the little ones. Not an easy task when they’re squirming around in the chair. Thanks so much for your kindness and patience.

I’ve had Naz for my sons first hair cut and his 2nd. She is fantastic, patient and thinks about the child and keeping them focused away from the noise and hair cut. I will be using Naz for the near future

The stylist was Nicola but no option for her above. She was so friendly and kind with my daughter. Hair cut was brilliant and she gave her some lovely French plaits afterwards. The only issue is that the salon is so dirty! It’s messy, filthy windows, dust everywhere, really run down and tatty. Shame as otherwise it’s a great experience.

Naz always deals with my son with so much patience, i especially have to travel to Chandlers Ford as he only seems to like getting his haircut there, in other places i can only do 1/3 or halfway throughout the cutting before we have to leave. She is brilliant & friendly with the kids. Your a credit to the company x
