I found Chantal over the last 5 years to be very professional, consistent in providing what I need everytime. She is friendly, funny, prompt and thoroughly professional. The salon environment is great and all the staff are helpful and friendly. Nice cup of coffee too ☕️

Recently moved to Monmouth and choose salon after looking at reviews. Wow, I’m so glad I made my appt. Aimee did a full colour consultation, then fitted me in due to a cancellation. My colour, cut and styling is amazing. I’ve got extremely thin hair, but Aimee not fazed one bit and really made sure she did everything to help me with my hair, even at home, concentrating on the health of my hair. I was worried trying a new hairdresser , but I am so delighted I chose Hair by Jones and Aimee, I have already booked in my next 3 appointments 🤗
