As always a good experience and good haircut!

My second visit here and I’ve walked out feeling very relaxed and pampered. Nothing is too much trouble for Chantal and the knowledge about where to take my style has helped enormously.

As always, a perfect haircut interspersed with a bit of banter, a welcome cuppa and a biscuit. I'm waiting for you them to start doing weekend breaks!

Anastasia did my hair today and was very pleased with it. She is charming and professional.

Great welcoming team. The first hairdresser I have encountered where I am fully happy to follow what they feel is best. Amy is superb on all from colouring, cutting and styling She truly understands hair. Chantelle is also very similar to Amy in her skills and knowledge. The whole team are lovely. Unfortunately my appointment had to be altered due to staff illness, but I was quickly given a new date & time which were perfectly acceptable.
Chantal was her usual happy self, remembering what I had been up to in the intervening time since my last appt,. The haircut trim was professional and relaxing.

It was a last minute (almost walk in appointment on a day trip to Monmouth) and I was so glad they could fit me in. Almost two years since my last haircut. Staff friendly and welcoming, though I was able to quietly relax throughout. Lovely wash, cut and blow dry with an excellent finish - had many compliments from friends and family afterwards!

Absolutely love this salon and have been visiting for 9 years! Everyone is so welcoming, kind and all round superb people! Aimee has been brilliant with me from the start with my very long hair, through my cancer journey with no hair and now to my hair coming back. As usual, I was treated to a wonderful experience at Hair By Jones, Monmouth. The staff are so welcoming and brightened up a cold miserable day. Polite and attentive, listening to what I would like and offering suggestions. Over the years my hair has become thinner and grey but Amy always cuts and styles my hair so that it looks great.
