Rochelle was very friendly and conversational and I was happy with the finish of my hair. However, unfortunately my mum was disappointed with her hairdresser, ***** who she found difficult to talk to and when asked for style advice was told "it's up to you". The actual skill of the hairdressing was great. However, this is particularly disappointing because my mum does not often have her hair done and it cost a shocking £90! Anne and Susan were very welcoming and friendly as ever.
