The first time I visited the salon since 1994 and it was nice to know that Dussn remembered me. She took time in advising me and listening to me. She was so friendly and orofrddionsl.
After visiting earlier in the year we knew we wanted to go back, and my daughter wanted to see Vicky again for her cut. Her hair looks great again, she loves it and had the biggest smile.
Everyone in the salon is fab, we’re really happy to be there.
I can’t thank Jenny enough for yesterday ! It was my daughters first ever hair cut she was so excited and Jenny didn’t disappoint. She was absolutely lovely to my daughter and very patient as she’s only four so wasn’t the stillest client to work with ? Jenny did a beautiful cut and when finished did the exact style my daughter requested . As I was leaving I was given an envelope with my daughters hair as a keep sake. As always Jaime Lea was brilliant with our 7 and 5 year old, really engaging and patient with a wriggly one who struggles to sit still. Really neat hair cuts done to high standard and professionally. The girls loved the special hot chocolates and all staff made them feel welcome. Thanks again, see you all next time.

As always Carrie was patient, understanding and very skilled! I always go in not quite sure what I want (today it was my colour!) but she guided me through all the different options. The result is always how she says it will be - she is outstanding.
