Very efficient. Very informative. Always asks what I would like to do with my hair and consults at each stage. Very friendly. Excellent hospitality, always offered drinks and refreshments. Great reward scheme in place. Excellent overall. Always enjoy my experience. Was offered a head massage today too.

As my usual girl Sara was off celebrating her 21st ! (Didn't invite me !) She left me in the capable hands of Olivia who did a great job trimming my beard ! The coffee was good as usual too !

A lovely friendly welcome as always, with all my needs met.
After a consultation Kathryn picks up her scissors, the magic begins, every strand of hair meticulously cut. My hair looks and feels fantastic. I am always so grateful to be in your capable hands

As always all the staff are friendly when you arrive which makes it such a nice place to go. Sarah as always is a genius making me look Infinitely better when she is done. She listens to what you want and always does what you requested. As someone who is not a very girly girl it is amazing to go somewhere that accepts you for who you are and doesn’t judge. Can’t rate them high enough to others

I went for a colour and cut and came out feeling fab and well looked after . The staff are skilled as well as looking after you really well . Sarah took time to find out what I wanted and did not disappoint ! Highly recommended

Mischa is fab as always with my son, extremely caring and thoughtful with regards to his needs. He isn't the easiest hair cut, but the reason I keep bringing him here is because it's a lovely welcoming, relaxing place.

Im a busy full time nurse and a mum of 2 young boys. I was recommended bobbles in tottington by a patient. I rang up and the lady was lovely on the phone. She booked me in for a consultation with Olivia. I've always been a bit shy when it comes to pampering myself as I just don't have time.

From the moment I walked in the staff were amazing. Had lovely coffees. Olivia talked me through my consultation and help me choose the best colours and style right for me. I have never felt so comfortable in a salon before.

Olivia listened to my suggestions and gave me exactly what I wanted and most importantly what she thought would look right for me. Everybody in the salon was smiling and you can see how hard they worked. So friendly and inviting and not to expensive.

Thank you for my hair olivia, I love it and my family love it too.

I will be back, as I've found my new salon. x
