At very short notice due to Vicky having to go home Wendy was available to take over my appointment without having to change the time which was a bonus due to going on holiday early next week. Assistant was really friendly and carried out her role efficiently. Wendy knew what to with my colour and offered other advice and helped in sourcing a picture of the style that I was looking for when it came to cutting. Very professional, helpful and friendly. Hope Vicky is feeling better soon xx

My first time visit and will definitely be returning. A beautiful salon and staff so polite and attentive. Carrie was amazing, calming and listened to what I was looking for. She should be very proud of herself.

Everyone was so lovely, friendly and chatty. Felt so comfortable. The head and shoulder massage was a great addition.

I brought my daughter for a dry cut on Thursday after school and it felt a little rushed. Olivia was lovely and the cut was great but I had a feeling she had a lot of clients booked in around the same time. We did t get offered a drink either which is unusual.

I’m sorry I can’t remember the name of the stylist but I came on Tuesday morning this week and she was lovely. I brought my 3 year old whirlwind with me and she wasn’t phased at all. Really friendly and on top of that a great cut. Thank you.x

Elliot’s hair grows awkwardly. For years I’ve taken him to different stylists and they always got it wrong. Olivia listened to what We wanted and has done it perfectly and exactly how we asked every time. Won’t go anywhere else now.

Once again Misha was fantastic with my 3 and a half year old who does not like having his hair brushed never mind cut! She always put him at ease and talks to him through it. He is getting more difficult and I can only apologise for how hard it's becoming for Misha. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Its building up the trust that is valuable for my son and keeps in with his routine. Thank you!!

I used to be a customer quite a few years ago
Over the past few years I’ve had chemo , now my own hair has grown back and I needed advice I could trust .
I phoned on Wednesday and spoke to Anne , she suggested.I came to the salon for a chat .
I did this on Thursday , and spoke to Carrie she was brilliant and put me at me ease .
I also recognised Debra from when I used to go to the salon . She came to have a chat , I was thrilled that all the staff were so very friendly , I was very nervous as I’d worn a wig for twelve months .
Carrie styled my hair and I’m thrilled to bits .
