Very efficient. Very informative. Always asks what I would like to do with my hair and consults at each stage. Very friendly. Excellent hospitality, always offered drinks and refreshments. Great reward scheme in place. Excellent overall. Always enjoy my experience. Was offered a head massage today too.

As always all the staff are friendly when you arrive which makes it such a nice place to go. Sarah as always is a genius making me look Infinitely better when she is done. She listens to what you want and always does what you requested. As someone who is not a very girly girl it is amazing to go somewhere that accepts you for who you are and doesn’t judge. I went for a colour and cut and came out feeling fab and well looked after . The staff are skilled as well as looking after you really well . Sarah took time to find out what I wanted and did not disappoint ! Highly recommended
Mischa is fab as always with my son, extremely caring and thoughtful with regards to his needs. He isn't the easiest hair cut, but the reason I keep bringing him here is because it's a lovely welcoming, relaxing place.
