Been going for years and never disappointed

Once again arrived tired with hair needing some TLC Left after two relaxing cups of coffee feeling & looking rejuvenated Kathryn yet again working her magic & more important took time to chat

Each time I enter bobbles , I feel as though I don't have a care in the world. I'm always greeted politely, offered a drink and a place in the seating area, met by my stylist who will always ask how my hairs been and then discuss what we're going to do this appointment then taken to the backwash gowned and towel put on, offered the rise of footstool ,the person who washes always asks if the water is to hot/ cold if the pressure of washing is ok not to soft/ hard offered conditioner not just placed on. Head then wrapped in towel comb through and offered complimentary head massage. Nina will then proceed to style my hair continuously asking if the amount of hair cut is what I want. Complimentary drinks are offered throughout. All staff are always pleasant ,polite and friendly nothing is too much for any of them. That's why I enjoy my experience at Bobbles.

I was innitially not happy about having a graduated bob however after further consultation with Olivia it was all put right and I am now very happy with my up to date bob! ?

Olivia is highly professional. She always takes great care when colouring, cutting and styling my hair and the result is to perfection. Olivia takes time to talk through clearly both colour and cut when I seek her advice. Sadly she is moving on to another career shortly and I will miss her lots. Thank you and good luck Olivia. You will be a great asset to your next employer and I wish you every success. x

Bobbles has been my salon of choice for years. The salon staff, from Dianne the receptionist, to the various juniors and stylists, are pleasant, professional and cheerful. I have always been happy with the various cuts & colour treatments I have had over the years; and advice on styling and after care has always been well informed, relevant and suitable for my age & lifestyle at the time. I now travel for one and a half hours to get to my appointments; but it is most certainly worth the effort.

This was the first time I have been to Bobbles in around 15years. Carrie really listened to what I wanted and talked me through the options. All the staff were friendly and made me feel welcome. Jess and Carrie did a brilliant job colouring y hair and I am really pleased with the results. I will definitely be returning!

Olivia was amazing. She made me feel very welcome and did a great job with my hair. Definitely recommend!

Needed a change of colour, Carrie discussed options and knew just what was needed. Felt really safe and cared for. Loved the new colour.

It was my first time booked in with Vicky since her maternity leave and it was like she had never been away. I am very happy with my slight change of style too. Welcome back Vicky.

With my daughter wedding in 3 weeks & in another country Olivia helped me with advising on making a change to my usual cut which I wanted to try & with my colour. I am absolutely delighted with the results. Pictures were taken so I can show to the salon in France. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Olivia.

I havent had my hair cut in over 2 years, and when I do, I travel for 2 hours to go somewhere that I'm used to.
This time I chose to stay local and go to Bobbles, and I'm glad I did!
I had an absolutely lovely time, I felt comfortable, and despite being nervous, I was incredibly happy with my hair cut.

I love my new hair! Had a complete transformation.. highlights, colour and cut with Olivia. Lovely Olivia really listened and understood my vision of what I wanted in the consultation, and it turned out even better than it was in my head! The colour is gorgeous and the highlights are perfect- she also knew I want to grow my hair and was careful to just take off the minimum amount possible for my style, and just enough to keep the condition. I’m super happy with it!

Having made a decision to move from blonde to grey and join the silver surfers I found Sarah amazing trusting in her judgement I was a little sceptical and nervous. Sarah was really amazing giving confidence and reassurance. I came out of the salon as a new silver grey haired 59 year old feeling great ....thank you Sarah I’m looking forward to tweeking and having a few lilac colours next
