The Colour Room in Stockport

The Colour Room charged me £254.50 for highlights and a toner. They did not deduct my £100 deposit from the final price, they added it on. I had a full head of highlights and a pink toner at the sink. They charged me for a colour correction I didn't have. I was totally unhappy with the result and they didnt offer to correct this for me, despite returning to the salon the following day. I was an unhappy customer. They have not offered a refund, despite asking for one, so I am sharing my experience.
