After being fed up of visiting stylists that don't deliver, Grace at Bramhall was a breath of fresh air! Lovely customer service and a great stylist, my hair has never felt better. I have been in for a cut and blow, best blow dry.

Tom is a great hairdresser. He listens to exactly what you want and delivers! He doesn’t just do what he thinks!! He’s great with realistic advice on what will work with your hair type. He is friendly, professional and most importantly a really good hairdresser! I’d highly recommend him.

Excellent experience again .Grace has a lovely manner and she understands exactly what I need. She did my root touch up perfectly and has a friendly manner .I like that I was given a choice of drinks and magazines .
Even the experience at the backwash was enjoyable. Grace styles my hair perfectly and I left the salon feeling confident .

I always have an excellent cut by Tom. The shape stays for weeks after.

An excellent service from the preliminary consultation until the moment I left the salon
Grace explained exactly what she would need to do to remove my present hair colour (which had been done at another hairdressers and was too dark) and put a lighter shade of.brown.
Grace was highly professional but also friendly.
She kept explained what she was doing and kept checking on the process
She consulted me about the colour she thought would best suit me.
She listened when I described how I wanted my fringe to look and how much to cut off the length.
I was initially anxious but I felt at ease as Grace is a skillful hairdresser
My daughter commented today about the colour , the cut and how glossy and thick my hair looks.

Grace did a fabulous job of colouring my hair with great assistance from the team. I had my first cut with Grace abc I’m delighted with it. The wash abc then blow dry left my hair feeling lovely and shiny.
