From the warm welcome from Claire at Reception , Grace colouring and cutting my hair and Grace at the backwash I had a most relaxing and enjoyable experience.
Grace is genuinely friendly and makes excellent conversation. She listens carefully to what I would like and then offers her professional advice. Same with cutting;I trust her implicitly and I always leave the salon with an excellent cut and colour
Grace at the backwash is really good. So attentive and her head massages are wonderful .
The salon is inviting, a good choice of drinks and magazines.
I cannot fault it

It was one of the apprentices that did my usual parting roots colour and blast dry. Apologies I’ve forgotten her name but she did a great job and checked I was fine under the heater, offered drinks etc.

It took longer than I expected because my stylist took her time making sure she got every piece that I wanted bleached, the colour for the brown come out perfect I love my brown hair with blonde highlights

My hair for my prom stayed in all night and it didn’t take too long to have my hair styled in the way that I wanted

Lynsey cut and coloured my hair just as I wanted.

This was a very positive experience . I was made welcome from walking into the salon . Tom took time to consider what would suit my hair .The assistant was friendly and professional . The chair gave a gentle massage which together with the scalp massage was very relaxing. Tom cut my hair beautifully , showed me how to look after it and advised on hair products . Definitely 10/10 thank you

Yet again it was such a lovely experience having my hair washed, cut and blow waved by Grace. She did an excellent job and has such a friendly caring manner, remembering my last visit despit it being about 5 months ago
