I met with Vic for a free consultation a week prior to my appointment. It was great to be given the opportunity to discuss what I wanted. I felt like Vic really understood what I was looking for and she asked me lots of questions to clarify. On the day of my appointment we had another chat about what she was going to do. Tom always asks how my hair has been since he last cut it. I explained how my fringe had started curling up and he suggested we leave that bit to grow longer. I came out feeling a lot better than when I went in! Tom has been doing my hair for years and always remembers the chit chat we've had over the years which makes for a very pleasant visit.

I’ve been going to terence Paul in Bramhall for over 20 years and the service I have had and continue to have is unbelievable. Lynsey is such a great stylist and a great person too. The rest of the team, particularly Claire on reception, are also incredibly friendly and always welcoming. I will never go anywhere else!

From the warm welcome from Claire at Reception , Grace colouring and cutting my hair and Grace at the backwash I had a most relaxing and enjoyable experience.
Grace is genuinely friendly and makes excellent conversation. She listens carefully to what I would like and then offers her professional advice. Same with cutting;I trust her implicitly and I always leave the salon with an excellent cut and colour

It was one of the apprentices that did my usual parting roots colour and blast dry. Apologies I’ve forgotten her name but she did a great job and checked I was fine under the heater, offered drinks etc.

It took longer than I expected because my stylist took her time making sure she got every piece that I wanted bleached, the colour for the brown come out perfect I love my brown hair with blonde highlights

My hair for my prom stayed in all night and it didn’t take too long to have my hair styled in the way that I wanted
