Grace spent ages listening to what I had in mind and suggested different options.
As usual, Grace gave such excellent professional advice and explained the process thoroughly. I didn't feel pressured in anyway .
I also need to mention Lily who washed off my colour . She was lovely - great head massage .

Tom is a great hair dress. He really listens to what’s you want and the results are fab. The attention to detail is spot on, and I always leave loving my hair.
He’s also super easy to talk to and makes the whole appointment feel relaxed. If you want someone you can trust to get your hair right every time, Tom’s your guy. Highly recommend!

Grace is the best hairdresser I have ever had.
She always starts the conversation by asking first of all how am I and then what are we doing today- she never assumes.
We talked about balayage and she honed in instantly the look I had in my mind
She always gives her honest professional opinion. I asked about my gradually going grey and she again advised me against it - she knows me so well
I asked that she shouldn't cut my hair and she said it would be a gentle trim - a brush
Some hairdressers would disregard my wish
Her advice on hair colour is spot on
I cannot fault her or any
of the salon staff.
I have an excellent service every time i visit
