It was an absolute disgrace.
I had never been before it was actually recommended... I went in and asked for what I usually have in other hairdressers and walked out with something I didnt ask for. It was horrible. My hair was ruined. I had to then go to another hairdressers to get my hair how I originally wanted it but couldn't go back to how it was. I was so upset.
