Hair excellent. Molly wonderful. Would come again. But unfortunately you don't take cash. It does not mention on you're website that you do not take cash. I brought cash with me. If I did not have any bank cards with me what would you have done. I am quite annoyed. It may be your policy not too take cash, that is your choice. But you must inform people

Here’s the thing. I went to this salon on a quick notice asking for a balayage touch up, having booked online with charges of £40 I was prepared for a very sattle look on my hair. I explained myself to a hairdresser on my consultation. When I walked to the desk an intimidating guy told me my hair would cost £140 and when I asked him to explain why that would be he looked down at me. Having gone to my appointment, certain services were great except I walked out with the slightest baby lights at the front of my hair, and when I came home my housemates asked me if I had actually been to the hairdressers. The toner used on my hair was ineffective, hair still looks yellow and brassy, which is unheard of for me; I’m used to a salon making changes to my hair. I have spent £140 of my money for my hair to look exactly the same. I am ashamed. I know my previous hairdresser did a great job but no need to pretend you just gave me that look for £140 when you are just terrible at your job.
Jill coloured my hair for the first time on Saturday she was very easy to talk to and helped choose the right shade. Colour looks lovely and rich. Really pleased with the result
