They were running late, they didn’t know what I had booked in for, and then burnt my hair with the curling wand because she was too busy chatting to her mates. Then they tried to over charge me. Appalling customer service, when I tried to say that wasn’t the price I was quoted, she quite literally slammed the till shut and stormed off. Not very professional at all!
I have regularly visited the salon over the past few years and have always been extremely happy with the results of my blowdry I normally have Adeline but most recently tried their newest stylist Alisha and had the same fab results. Blowdries are quick and well executed. Now with the salons new makeover its a firm favourite of mine whenever in town

Booked for make up and no make up was there, so disappointing..., 1 hour before Christmas party and had to run round house of Fraser trying to make up done!!! Terrible service this time of year...,never go there please
Kara's blow dry bar is fantastic, I would highly recommend the salon. Blow dries are quick, good quality and really amazing value for money. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a blow dry in Manchester!
