This was my first time at Saks and I was very impressed with the friendly staff and expert cut and finish I received. Pete was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and an excellent hair stylist. I have already booked my next appointment. 😀

As always delighted with my cut by Dina and colour by Kerry. Highly recommended

Had Pete - he's the man if you want a good chat about real modern topics. Nice to talk about something other than the weather, and before you know it you'll be looking sharp with a really clean haircut. You won't regret going here.

Absolutely amazing salon I went in after spending 5 weeks in hospital my hair was matted to the extreme absolute transformed my hair I was that impressed already booked in for my next appointment amazing staff felt very welcomed from the minute I stepped through the door 😊

A warm welcome with an offer of a drink.Friendly staff with time to talk about what I wanted. Loved the head massage.

Every time I visit Saks for my regular haircut, I am made to feel so welcome, with an immediate offer of a drink and a relaxed atmosphere. Conversations flow and you are never made to feel rushed. As for the haircuts, we I have never had someone who understands my hair like Pete. He gives helpful advice on style suitability and explains tips to help you manage your own hair at home. Never under pressure to buy products and never bats at eye at a home colour. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks team.
