I've finally found a regular hairdresser and never come away disappointed.... your staff are some of the most friendliest too and always a joy.... but.... on first impressions the new salon looks spectacular, but it's not a relaxing experience. The bright white LED are so unflattering, I had make up on but my face looked washed out, after sitting in the chair for an hour they my eyes were feeling quite tired too.... and you've now gone for the fishbowl effect where passers by can see all.... the last salon was so much more welcoming .... please have a look at the lighting and go for a softer tone of LED.... the three below is for the salon not the staff

Thanks for the feedback. It's great that you are never disappointed with our hair, that's our goal. As for the new salon it is quite a contrast from the old one which was rather dated. We will look at the lighting but for hairdressing purposes it is much better for us to work in bright lighting and without shadows to ensure we get the colour and cut right every time. That said we want our clients to feel comfortable in the salon so we will look at the lighting and see if a warmer lamp will give the hairdresser the light they need whilst not being to bright for our clients.
