I've finally found a regular hairdresser and never come away disappointed.... your staff are some of the most friendliest too and always a joy.... but.... on first impressions the new salon looks spectacular, but it's not a relaxing experience. The bright white LED are so unflattering, I had make up on but my face looked washed out, after sitting in the chair for an hour they my eyes were feeling quite tired too.... and you've now gone for the fishbowl effect where passers by can see all.... the last salon was so much more welcoming .... please have a look at the lighting and go for a softer tone of LED.... the three below is for the salon not the staff

Always get the personal touch - pleasant to be remembered and welcomed. Great hair cut from Bethany as always. First time in new salon - looks great but SO noisy. Think you might need some sound dampeners to allow for conversation below shouting level.

I saw Beth for a Cut and blow dry.
Was greeted by the lovely lady at Reception and got gowned up.
Was taken to the back for a hair wash, had a Massage on one of their new Massaging Chairs
The Hair Salon is state of the Art, has been done up to a high standard.
Beth was brilliant as always, friendly, funny and utterly Professional, highly recommend her!!!

Really lovely cut and blow dry. Fantastic new store with a very welcome cut of tea.

As always Jade, Lorraine and Louisa are very pleasant and helpful, Jade particularly so yesterday. They are an asset to the salon

Popped into to Toni and Guy to sort out a bad haircut I'd had somewhere else a few weeks earlier. I'm really happy with it. Reanne did a great job and didn't take too much of the length of as requested by me but the haircut really made a big difference. Everyone there is really friendly too. Big thumbs up from me!

Helga gave me a great cut on Sunday. I have been going to her for many years and she is always friendly, professional and does a great job. Unfortunately, the girl that washed my hair did not share Helga's strong work ethic or customer service skills. She did not say hello or ask me about the water temperature. She seemed like she was in a bad mood and she kept banging the shower head down. I was meant to have a honey and oat treatment but I have no idea if this was given to me as she never told me what she was doing. I will return for Helga who is exceptional but it is just a shame about some of the other staff members.

I visited the salon for the second time for a hair colour correction. I was offered a complimentary service by a very professional salon manager Katrina as I was not happy with the results of my previous visit. . She phoned me and arranged to be seen by a different hair colourist.
My colour was done by a lovely girl Lucie this time. She is very professional with a great attention to her customers. She provides fantastic service. She came to check several times on the colour and even at the end to make sure I am happy with the final result. My hair looks healthy, shiny and all colour blended so well with the ends. I am really happy.
Even a blow dry by a trainee girl ( sorry I've forgotten the name) was so lovely. I have received lots of compliments for my hair that day.

Lovely experience. My stylist was very good, she knew what she was doing, she was quick to understand what I wanted and never tried to impose anything. She cut my hair really well.

Love all the staff very friendly, would not change to another hairdresser. My hair always looks amazing.

Although I arrived late the appointment was overly rushed. I was not made to feel welcome, there was practically no conversation and the haircut was poor. I have been a T&G customer for almost 20 years in London, Singapore, Hong Kong and Sydney.

Overall, it was my poorest T&G experience during this time period, which is disappointing as I have just relocated back to the UK and this is my local salon. Whilst I accept my lateness did not help, this still does not change my comments above.

Always a lovely experience

This was my first Toni &Guy visit and I have to say I was quite pleased. It is a busy salon so it is difficult to have a conversation without shouting which can't be helped what with hairdryers etc. Sylvestre did a great job cutting my hair and gave a really good straight blow dry, no easy mission considering how curly my hair is! I will definitely be back.

I have Bethany at Wimbledon to do my hair I have had a Complete change of style and I love it.All my friends live it to I have just been stopped in M/S by a woman saying how much she loves my hair.Bethany is such a lovely girl I'm so pleased I found her.Im a 72 year old pensioner but she makes me feel good .

I live in Spain but travel to London quite often I always pop in to Toni and guy wimbledon to have my hair washed and blow dried....I don't ask for anyone specific but I'm always pleased with the result I get I'm always offered a refreshment they are all very nice and polite in this shop....it's on the more expensive spectrum but I suppose that's London prices

Been to Reanne in the Wimbledon salon a few times now, always a good hair cut. The service is good, they always run on time, friendly, lovely people. Reasonably priced too.

As always Katrina was superb.

I was greeted with a welcome smile from Louisa. She's great to have on Reception. Jade was there as well always happy to chat with a smile equal to Louise.

Very pleased with cut and blow dry yesterday with mustafa. Friendly reception staff.

First time at this Tony and Guy and was made to feel in safe hands from the start.. was uncomfortable with how blonde my hair was and they have coloured it back to feel like me again. Had a small amount cut just to give it some bounce and I love it! Thankyou :) a tad expensive but worth the money ????

On the moment of enterting the salon you are greated by the lovely and welcoming reception team, special mention to Jade who really seems to genuinely care about the clients.

Normally I go for the cheapest haircut as money is always tight, however Sylvestre is to amazing not to see every time. My haircut has become my new luxury treat where I come out feeling happy, refreshed and like a better version of myself without sounding totally cliche.

My only negative is not being able to afford to get my haircut more often!

I had highlights done which I was very happy with.

One thing I really didn't enjoy though was the hair wash. When the foils were being taken out it felt like my hair was being pulled out too, and the wash was extremely rough, with my neck being pinched too. When my hair was towel dried, it again felt like it was being yanked out my skull. I would recommend the ladies being instructed to be gentler and more mindful when washing the customers hair.

I was really happy with the service I got today. Both colour and cut! The staff are very professional and I will be back when I need my hair restyling and colouring!

Sometimes I find stylists too timid to cut my side fringe properly and this is definitely what I found in this case too. It's not cheap for 40 minutes and would have really like more of a chop than I had. Also my shampoo and conditioner was literally 4 minutes long. Apart from that,was fine.

Always a good experience with Jen, 8 years and keep returning.

Professional hair cut in a friendly environment with brilliant stylists

I'm really happy with my hair. I had an idea of what I wanted and the stylist made some suggestions too. So happy I have rebooked. My hair grows very quickly but I'm sure the way it's been cut, it will survive without getting tatty.

I have visited T&G in Wimbledon this Saturday for the first time and I'm really disappointed.
I came for a haircut and colour. Haircut and blow dry by ******* was good but colour is a disaster. I have dark brown hair but my roots are gingery/reddish after colouring. I have mention it in the salon but I have been reassured it will be fine once dry. But it looks so bad specially in the day light.
I have been looking for a new salon for my regular visits but I will defiantly not be coming back.
I felt I'm just passing by with no personal approach at all which I would expect from the salon like that.

I love Toni@guy,since going to them I have got more confident about doing different things with my hair,I always love the cut and usually the colour but this visit the colour was a bit disappointing,there was hardly any in it!That said it won't put me off going again.

Had my hair done by Charlie she was excellent with my hair was very friendly and I loved how my hair turned out

Staff are great - best treatments ever. Never doubt I'm gonna be happy with the blow dry or haircut. BUT, it always seems they don't really have that much time for you :D which makes you feel like you're making waste their time. Think we need to work on the overall experience your customers are going to get :) . Still very good though.

Jenifer is amazing! She always knows how to get it just right for me. I look forward to coming to the salon to catch up with her and walking out feeling very special indeed!

With only four descriptive words to aid his creative process I'm really impressed. Absolutely love the contemporary vibe he's created. He also gave me tips on how to dry it myself.

A range of stylists to choose from. I have now found the one that suits me. Am now a T&G customer for over a year. Will not look back at anywhere else. It's the top in the area. Their products are to die for aha.

I've always used T&G and never thought anything but positive things. However, over the last couple of visits it hasn't been great but I've tried to chalked it down to one-offs. Unfortunately that is to be, my latest visit has helped me make up my mind that I'll definitely be looking to go elsewhere. The shampoo service was poor with water going everywhere - surely this isn't too much of an ask at a hair dressers! I'm also not impressed with the feathered style the stylist has decided to cut my hair in.

I had a cut and blow dry with Thanasis. In short; excellent hair cut, listened to what I wanted, gave advice on hair care and a really nice guy. What more could I wish for.

I have been going to the Toni and Guy in Wimbledon for quite a few years. I am really delighted with the way Lucie does my colour and also Filiz before her. Jennifer also gives me a great cut so I can rely on leaving the Salon looking good. When I was working in the fashion industry this was even more vital than it is now. I often get compliments on my hair so I know they are doing a good job!
I hope the move upstairs won't affect the Salon except for improvements to the old fixtures and fittings they haven't had a refit for years.
