I had Sara she was lovely and friendly gave me a wonderful cut that exactly matched the vision I had in my head and gave me all the tips I need to recreate the look at home simply, I will be going back :)

I was disappointed with the service, I booked in with director level for a gloss treatment and cut. My colour I was happy with but not my cut and blow dry not.. I had 4 different hairdresser for my colour cut and blow dry, the hairdresser that did my cut completed it in less than 10 minutes with no attention to detail and it was not what I asked for, what seemed to be an inexperienced member of staff was left to do my blow dry. I was so disappointed with the outcome of my hair. I paid £ 145 for a service that I felt was not the level I booked and paid for. I have been customer in at that salon previous and never had a disappointing experience like today.

I had to bring my 2 daughters (2 and 8 years old) with me. They were made welcome and could sit with me during my wash and haircut. They were very accommodating. Great cut too!

Fantastic colour by Rachel. Listened to what I wanted to achieve with my hair and gave great advice for when booking my next colour in order to achieve this look. Added additional colour underneath to brighten my hair overall. Great job!
Excellent cut by Katrina. Managed to keep the length but removed a lot of the split ends so it looks more healthy.

I’ve been going to this salon for 7 years and it’s still the best experience around. A slick stylish haircut, that always comes with great value and brilliant chats with the legendary Katrina. Her friendliness and advice is almost as great as the haircut itself. All this, coupled with the world’s greatest head massages, make it a truly stellar experience, every time!

Too expensive for a standard style. Little time spent with the customer to consult on style. Need to improve customer service and consultation. Prices are too high.

Emma colours my hair and I wouldn't want anyone else, it's always lovely when she's finished same with Jennifer who cuts my hair.. Brilliant every time

I am really happy with the haircut I had today. Mustafa is a perfectionist. He always take such care and attention when cutting my hair.

Georgia was really patient and dealt with all my ideas

I had the appointment with ***** on 30/08 for half head highlights. I showed her a picture about the highlights color I would like and asked her if she can do it the same or very close to the desired color. However, she didn’t pay attention on what I said and I ended up with 2 strands of highlights in all my hair and spending almost 3 hrs and money for no results. Nothing!!
When I asked her where my blonde highlights are she tried to find through the hair and she showed me just one and after she walked away without any explanation nor any suggestions. I ended up leaving with a wet hair, almost crying and after all this from £140 original price, I had to pay £90. It was no customer service at all. I’m very very disappointed with the result and I truly believe that I should have not been asked to pay the £90 and in fact I should receive a refund. I do want a refund. I would not recommend to anyone *****’s service. I’m really sorry to write this but this was try real experience at Toni and Guy Wimbledon.

Fantastic experience, it always feels like a treat and I emerge looking unrecognisable (in a very good way!). Linda is lovely and brilliant, and my cut and colour are amazing... so many compliments since that I’ve lost count!

Had my hair cut by Niamh- really impressed, I finally have a fringe again. I unfortunately have a very annoying parting which means I can’t have the kind of fringe I would like but Niamh was fantastic and did what she could and i’m Very pleased
