Dannie & Carrie Shepherds Bush, Greater London

Staff were nice, was greeted right away and offered something to drink, but despite the website saying this was such a fun social place to get your hair cut, my stylist barely spoke to me. She only asked what I wanted done. There was no conversation at all. Meanwhile all the other stylists were happily chatting and socializing with their clients. I find this disappointing because this was a factor in choosing Dannie and Carrie salon, the fact that the website advertised it as such a bubbly place to get your hair done. Mostly happy with my hair cut, but just a bit disappointed with the overall experience.

My hair has never looked better.
Dan and the team make you feel fabulous and I would never go anywhere else. In fact I travel from Brighton just to get my hair done!

I had a lovely haircut with Sara, she was very nice and made me feel comfortable as I was very nervous about cutting my hair! I’m very happy!

After asking advice, Sara cut my hair just as I asked .I shall happily be back .x

As usual I had a great experience with everything to with my hair. A special touch this time was I was offered a hot water with lemon and honey as I was not feeling well and offered a second top up! Thanks for looking after me Carrie - a lovely touch.

So pleased with the colour, my hair is very resistant to colour and Danielle manages to always make it work brilliantly.

Absolutely seamless baylayage by Sara, the colour is perfect. Love the lighter ends and fades into my natural colour, exactly what I asked for. A low maintenance blended look for travelling, but still feels light and looked after.
The trim is also exactly what I asked for, cleaner, tidier and blunter ends, not too much off as I like it long.
My hair feels healthy and it’s refreshing to have a stylist listen to what you want.

I travel across London every 3 months to have my hair colored and cut by Danielle. She gave me the confidence, with her expertise and ability to listen to her clients, to go for a short haircut; thanks to her i have found my style and knows there is always possibility to explore more styles.
The salon and staff are really welcoming and i always have a relaxing time there.
I highly recommend.

Great salon - cool atmosphere and very welcoming and accommodating. The owner came in early to do me an up do for Ascot & fitted into my 30minute schedule and did a fantastic job! Will definitely be returning!
