I foolishly tried to trim my own fringe but messed it up badly ! Vital is was really kind and patient and really fixed the mess I’d created . He really explained what needed to be done and now I must be patient . I’m very happy he was there to fix my hair ❤️

Molly was fantastic! She made my experience so amazing lovely and smooth. I had gotten a full head of highlights and whereas I’m normally bored and tired at any other salon, we were laughing and joking; she made the time fly by and I enjoyed every second. I loved it so much I didn’t want to leave. She explained every step and asked my opinion and she was so gentle with my hair and scalp. She really helped me relax after having a stressful couple of weeks at work especially with the head massage. I am so amazed with my hair it’s the best any hairdresser has done on me! Ps. Eva is absolutely brilliant. A natural redhead now mostly white I have never before been truly satisfied with my colour and thought it would be impossible to recreate by original hair colour until I discovered Eva. She really listened to my feedback as she mixed colours to satisfy my wishes and created a formula that really pleases me. So once we settled on the right colour for me I return to Eva every 6 weeks for a semi permanent and she provides an excellent professional service every time. She has a lovely manner and it's always a pleasure to attend.

What horrible service! I went for hair colour (root touch up) and when I came home, I noticed I had an itchy scalp and found clumps of dye still stuck on my head! They never washed my scalp properly! Complained for an apology and a refund...they never called me back! Am afraid of hair loss as a result more than anything else! Never going back...so disappointed!
