I've been going to Kris for maybe 4 years now and he's always provided excellent haircuts! I look forward to coming here and I can't imagine going anywhere else.

What a lovely experience. The salon is so welcoming from the moment you walk in and Emma is a brilliant and down to earth stylist. She completely nailed the haircut even with my vague idea of what I wanted. highly recommend

Taya is seriously talented. I floated out of the salon this afternoon looking and feeling utterly transformed. My appointment started with an excellent consultation where we discussed what I wanted and what Taya's recommendations were. She worked really quickly and I am over the moon with my hair. Professional, talented and even though I have really fine hair it didn't take Taya long to put the foils in. Thank you so much

I have been coming to Emma for years now as she is so friendly and knowledgeable about colour. I always leave with vibrant yet still natural-looking red hair and get complimented on it all the time. I also get a treatment for hair health and they use all Aveda natural products (that smell lovely!) Thank you!!

My visits to the salon are my relaxing time: I know that Kris will choose the best and most natural colour for my hair and with a bit of check in on the length and style he does his magic: the haircut looks great on first day and then stays looking great till next time, which can be in a month, two months, three months - this is a true mastery

I have been seeing Taya since she started at Barnes & Bray and in the space of almost a year my hair has become stronger and healthier. She understands the look and colour I want to achieve and her blow drying is sensational.

Marina is an incredible colourist and hair stylist- she has a beautifully calming manner about her but also is exacting in her level of detail. I haven't had my hair coloured or cut for about 5 months and walked in with it looking totally lacklustre and with no shape at all. I left with a beautiful blonde colour that looks really expensive and totally suits my skin tone plus a cut that has taken my hair from dry to super healthy again. I love it- Marina is really the best. Thank you so much.

Wonderful experience at Barnes & Bray. Taya was super frienldy and professional and took time to discuss what I was looking to achieve in terms of colour. I walked in with lanky, dirty, dark hair and left with beautiful, bright hair with a bounce to it.

Such a fabulous experience, lovely salon. Love that you are chemical free and use Aveda products.

I’ve been going to see Kris for 7 years now and wouldn’t see anyone else! He cuts and colours my short fine hair brilliantly.
He’s so friendly and if you’re lucky enough his dog Darcey will sit on your lap for a cuddle!
