I wasn’t impressed with this place. They offer a discounted flat rate to employees of my company so I thought I would try it. I checked about the flat rate when I called to make the appointment and also when I arrived, and was told all fine. Then when I came to pay I was told that the discounted rate is not applicable in December. They said that the email that I was originally sent about the discount (several months ago) states this and that I had to pay the full amount. But no mention of this when I specifically checked. Very poor. Also not especially friendly and actually not a brilliant blow dry either. I won’t be going back.
