Hayley cut my hair today. She hadn't seen me before and it looks lovely. I have very short hair which isn't always easy to get right & I'm quite fussy (!) but I was really pleased. I will definitely go to her again.

Nancy did my colour after a mishap elsewhere and was very professional and fixed the problem easily. She knew exactly what to do and was really welcoming. She also gave me some great hints and tips for styling/upkeep/products. I’ll definitely be back! The salon was clean and had a warm atmosphere. Very happy customer!

I’ve been coming to the same salon for about 15 years now and I always leave feeling amazing. The quality of the service is amazing and I’m always made to feel important. I was left EMBSRRASSED and disappointed. I booked an appointment on 02/12 and was offered 20% discount if I took the 8.00am one so that is what I did. It was my first visit at this salon so I had to pay £30 deposit, which is fine. When it come to the payment for my treatment ( that was in total (£52.50)I was told I could only have one or the other. Huh?! How does that work?! Either £30 deposit deducted from the bill or 20% discount!!! The salon was full of customers at the time and I didn't want to argue but I felt very embarrassed as if I wanted two discounts for one treatment.
Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention taking a deposit is a new thing we have just started and obviously has confused a member of the team .
However we learn by our mistakes and was lovley to spaek to you this morning and we have refunded you The 20 % and look forward to seeing you again as a regular client now taking a deposit will be a thing of the past xx

Haley has been colouring my hair for years now and I'm no easy client as I'm sure she would say lol point is from Balyage blonde to brown again which is my natural colour she has done it all and it's been amazing.!!! X

Always choose the best in the market and for me was Sam from Essensuals S. Woodford. After the first go i saw some room for improvement with my hair cut and she was so professional to deliver it. It turned out to be better than I expected. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed as the result of my haircut was devestating. Couldn't say this to the person who cut my hair but I wasted my time and money big time. Never thought a salon like this would disappoint like this and especially when u paid the premium price. Absolutely no chance that I will visit this place again.
