I have already answered this text, but after washing and styling my own hair a few time's it's better to comment on it, and I would like to say I LOVE MY HAIR, cannot thank lian enough,

Iain was wonderful I gave him a picture I wanted my hair to look like, he patiently explained that it wasn't suitable for my hair, then explained a style that would, when he finished it was wonderful, never been to a hair dressers and come out feeling great,

Jamie was absolutely amazing, super sweet and fun to talk to and she completely transformed my hair. Magical girl! Really neat and clean environment, too. Thanks to all the amazing staff who made my first experience here one of the most awesome and comfortable experiences I've ever had at a salon. Seriously, it's like a spa. I will most definitely be coming back. Thanks again.

Jodie was fantastic.

I came into T&G today asking if there were any walk-in appointments available. I had my 3 month old baby with me so was just after a quick wash and cut.

All three ladies that I encountered were so helpful and accommodating. They were so friendly and put me at ease - as I was a little nervous about how my baby would be.

I was a first time customer on Sat 2nd March having recently moved into the area. I have been to many Toni and Guy outlets in the UK and around the World. I was given an appointment with Jodie. From the moment I arrived her approach was very professional. She listened to what I had to say, made some quality suggestions and provided a great hair cut. Very friendly and I have to say given my experiences with Toni and Guy around the world up there with the best, great experience, recommended without hesitation and I will be re booking with her. She understands what good means and appreciate the level of service a customer expects for the money paid. I hope this constructive feedback will reach her

Didn’t have an appointment today but Chelsea made me feel welcome and relax and confident with her doing my hair. She blowed dried my hair perfectly and would definitely recommend.

After not visiting a hairdressers for longer than I care to divulge I made an appointment for the first time and met Jodie. She sat with me first to discuss what I wanted and advised me what was best. Then I got offered tea and had a treatment on my hair. Wonderful head massage too! Jodie was lovely and easy to talk too and did a great job as I feel amazing now! I've already booked my next appointment to see Jodie again

Freindly staff and great cut!

I recently lost my T&G stylist of over 15 years at another salon. Romford is closer to my work and I was apprehensive about getting a new stylist. I booked online with Chelsea and couldn’t be happier. We had a discussion about my needs, hair type, expectations etc......the result is wonderful and I booked my next appointment with her at the end of my appointment I was so impressed. I hope I thanked her enough!

This was my first time at Toni and Guy and first time having my hair dyed at a hair salon. I was very nervous but the whole process was fantastic. Chelsea - is a strong highly experienced creative and honest hair guru. My first colour was on point and I was impressed with the finesse and attention to detail ! Worth the while and money, and I would greatly recommend if you want a job done to the best.

First time I'd been to Toni and Guys, from the moment you walk through the door, it's all very relaxed and very friendly. My stylist Chelsea was very helpful, in explaining to me what would work best for me, when looking for an easy to manage style, and I wasn't disappointed. Some may think there a little pricey compared to other hairdressers, but there very good at what they do, and I'm more than happy to pay that bit extra, so much so, that I have another appointment booked for 8 weeks time. I would highly recommend

I need an urgent hair cut - something cool to look good at a friends wedding. I walked in off the street and was welcomed with friendly happy smiling faces. I asked if anyone was a available and I was offered a slot 30 minutes later. Iain was my ‘senior art technician’ (I think that was the title given) I returned 20 minutes later and was greeted, shown to my station, had a consultation, then had hair washed, foot rest, back & head massage then returned to get my hair styled. I was offered a wide variety of refreshments but declined - I needed to charge my mobile and asked if I could borrow a charger - with phone charging I sat and received what felt like a very attentive haircut. I got what I wanted! I was not given any hard sell on products but purchase something to compliment my new style. Very happy customer ????????❤️
