I took my daughter for a haircut for her birthday. Emma was very welcoming when we arrived. She asked how much we wanted taken off the length. She was very pleasant throughout, i was generally happy with the haircut.
However even though we didn't ask for a proper blow dry she sent my daughter out with wet hair and not even rough dry it, which I thought was unusual she also could have demonstrated how to style the front as I did ask her. Overall average experience.

Booked in with Hayley after many visits to other hairdressers that struggle to cut my hair, I have an short asymmetrical Bob with a shaved undercut.
