I’m thrilled with my complete hair transformation. Holly was amazing throughout! She took the time to give me a detailed and thorough consultation, discussing all my options and putting my concerns at ease. She then worked quickly and efficiency and the results speak for themselves. The most amazing hair transformation I’ve ever seen. Holly is now my forever hairdresser. She has such skill and talent and I cannot recommend her enough!

I would also like to give a special mention to the entire team. Each and everyone made my experience special and made sure I had all I needed. They couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating. They are a credit to the salon!

tiegan was absolutely amazing from the second i walked into the salon until i left. she was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable immediately. everything was clearly communicated and she explained how to maintain my hair’s integrity and gave me good recommendations on how to keep my dry, wavy previously bleached hair hydrated. she gave a perfect effortless looking blowdry and completely transformed my hair with the colour service leaving it really shiny as if it was reborn.

I felt like I was wasting the stylist time ,it felt like she couldn't wait to get rid of me,I didn't like my hair cut at all,it was rushed as she had other clients to see,I didn't mind having shorter hair but it's uneven and looks crap.

Really great atmosphere, the staff are all lovely and provided tea and a mince pie, which was lovely.
The haircut itself was good. However afterwards felt that my hair had no shine, was frizzy still. Unsure what products were used, but didn’t have that salon feel to it at the end. Haircut itself was great, and she spent a long time hair drying and styling (hair dryer alone). However, expected a little better at the end of it.

I came to the salon for some advice on my hair. The hairdresser recommended a cut and hair mask treatment. As I do wear a headscarf I needed an area that was a little more private. The hairdressers (I don't remember her name) was very accommodating as she found me a private area. She was very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend

I tried a new Wella Treatment to give Shine as well as a Scalp Treatment, at the sink with Massage. I wasn’t sure the shine would work as my Red/Slightly Greying hair is normally so Dry. But I loved it. It does look shiny & has tamed down the hairline Greys a bit too. Thanx Alex x Love it

Tiegan talked through everything. while waiting for the colour to take I was made a lovely coffee latte and I felt really comfortable all the girls are lovely. The young lady that washed my hair gave me a really lovely relaxing head massage and asked if me if the temperature of the water was ok and the pressure of the massage ok too. Tiegan only cut off what i needed and she blow dried my hair lovely with a slight wave exactly what i asked for, the colour was a little bit darker than what I wanted but looks lovely so I am pleased with it. My overall experience was really excellent and I have booked my next appointment. Thank you Tiegan for giving me lovely hair and thank you all the other ladies for looking after me and making me feel welcomed

Alex gave excellent advice and took the lead on trying to lighten my hair up after a home colour went too dark. I have a little way to go to achieve the colour I want but today took us a big step in the right direction. Such friendly staff there and I feel well looked after and in good hands. Fully trust their professional judgement and experience. Highly recommend.
