Whenever I have my hair done its Amazing! Time and effort goes in to making sure the final outcome is perfect!!
All the staff in the salon are so informative with the treatments and all the products used which leaves me feeling confident and cared for in the best possible way.

Had wash, cut and blow dry. Asked for lots of layers and choppy look but ended up with short back and sides. Not evenly cut. One side slightly thicker than the other. Cut by ***** who said she has years experience. Worst hair cut of my life. By the time I realised what she was doing the back was already so short it was too late.. I'm devastated.
