Doesn’t matter which of these fabulous stylists you go to. You always get welcomed by someone with a smile and a good ear that really listens to client requests. Can’t fault this lovely place. Great for children and curly hair too.

Chevonne was absolutely amazing! She made me look like I just stepped out of a movie!!!! All the salon girls were super friendly, and kept asking if I wanted any snacks or drinks.

Super super pleased with the results! Will definitely be a regular here.

I came across Franci on Tiktok last year and immediately fell in love with her work. I tried to get an appointment then but she was fully booked for months so I booked with someone else (who was also amazing). But I finally managed to get an app with Franci this time and I am IN LOVE with my hair!! I couldn’t stop smiling when I saw the end reveal and felt super confident when I left the salon. Best cut and blow dry ever!! Totally worth the wait and already booked my next appointment with her. I cannot wait to come back. Thank you so much!

I have been a regular client of lukes for many years, I love the way he cuts and colours my hair it always looks absolutely gorgeous.
However the friendly staff and atmosphere of the salon is also to be commended as it is always so welcoming.

I’ve been going to Luke Ormsby salon since I moved to Pinner a few years ago. I always have balayage done with Chevonne and she gets it perfect every time! The salon uses organic products and is decorated simply and elegantly in a way that supports their organic/natural ethos. All the staff are incredibly friendly, and I always have a great experience there. I would never go anywhere else. Not only are they a great salon but the products they use are quality and they always give great home care advice. I can’t recommend them enough.

Luke is a fantastic hair stylist and my hair isn't easy! He is kind and easy to chat with, always offering helpful advice and suggestions. Such a passionate perfectionist. Every time great. A lovely salon with superb customer service.

Exceptional colouring and cut. The whole salon is welcoming from front of house to the juniors. I would highly recommend.

Trying this salon for the first time, very pleased with the haircut, although I wasn't very clear in what I was asking for, Kelly listened and understood what I wanted, and she gave me exactly the haircut I was hoping for. Great job! The products used in the salon are original, organic, and lovely scented. When washing your hair the chairs can be set to give you a back massage! Heaven! And I nearly forgot the choice of coffees... I wish I discovered this place earlier!

I visited the salon for the first time today after my daughter had highly recommended Brooke. She was amazing! After a thorough consultation where she listened to what I wanted the outcome is wonderful. I had a full set of highlights and a restyle.
I was so pleased with the service provided that I’ve actually booked my next appointment in a months time!

I came to the salon on Sunday the 10th to see franci for a hair consultation. My hair had been destroyed after asking for a balayage, I was left with bleached hair and horrible me roots. I cried and told franci what I wanted and how o was left not wanting to leave my house missing days off work. Franci offered to come in on her day off and completely transformed my hair. I have confidence back I am smiling, going out and I am genuinely so happy about myself again. Franci is amazing I thank god for my friend who told me about Luke Ormsby I have found my new place of happiness at this salon! Can’t wait to come back to franci at the end of may!

Have been going to LO for about a year now and Rachel has hands down given me the best haircuts I've ever had. I am growing out a Pixie cut and it's growing out incredibly well and that's down to how it's cut by Rachel every few months - elegantly and manageable. Even after 8 weeks I love the texture / how it falls and I am always surprised as I've always hated my hair growing out. Service is unrivalled and staff are really friendly and professional. Always look forward to going!
