We understand that our new backwash basins can feel a little different compared to more traditional setups. They’ve been carefully chosen with client comfort in mind, and many of our clients have found them to be a more relaxing experience, but we do appreciate that it may not be everyone’s preference.

Your comfort is always very important to us, so please do let your stylist know during your visit if anything doesn’t feel quite right, we’ll always do our best to make you as comfortable as possible.

We’re very proud of the recent refurbishment and the investment we’ve made into improving the overall client experience, and it’s been lovely to receive such positive feedback from many of our clients.
