Megan takes time to talk to you, therefore understands what you want. But will advise you if she thinks it won't work

Great hairdressers and I’m really happy with my hair cut. The only issue is the wash basin & chairs. The chairs fold back to completely horizontal which is so uncomfortable - no good if you’ve got a bad back (I have so it was awful) - it just feels wrong. That was not a good experience so you’ve been warned! Not good for vertigo sufferers either. Who thought they were a good idea?!

Amelia was great with my 12 yo and did a good job!

Lulu is always lovely and doesn’t assume l want the same thing each week! She did a lovely curly blow dry, with lots of body! My hair looked very nice. Thank you x

I cannot thank Emily enough! I went in needing a colour correction and was feeling so self-conscious about my hair, but she completely transformed it. She was so kind, professional and really took the time to understand what I wanted.

Lillie did my hair before I went on holiday and it was lovely, i had actually been in hospital just before and she made me feel so welcome and comfortable and my hair looked and felt amazing!! Would definitely recommend and can't wait to go back!

My review is for Dan, I was recommended by a friend but kept putting off as the salon is an hours drive for me, however I bit the bullet after another disappointed haircut elsewhere. My first visit i arrived stressed as I wasn’t aware parking needed the Ringo app & my phone was as too old to download another app, Dan helped me out & all was sorted quickly. I was greeted warmly, sat down & asked what my expectations were, after I was offered refreshments & had a lovely hair wash at a basin where the seats lay down much like a dentists, so are comfortable with no neck strain. The cut was perfect exactly what I had asked for. I have had so many compliments, I returned today for my second cut & blow dry although it still looked lovely. My only regret is I didn’t listen to my friend Jane earlier. Thank you for making me feel at ease in what can be an uncomfortable experience. See you in a few weeks for my next appointment.

Lillie is an absolute star. I have quite challenging Irish hair, and she manages to make it look smooth, polished and beautiful every single week. Her curly blow dries are excellent and often last up to five days, which is amazing!

My hair was in desperate need of a colour and treatment. Lilly was amazing! She matched the colour so perfectly and gave me a keratin treatment. I came away so happy. It is always a very pleasant experience having my hair done at the salon, cut or colour. All the staff are very friendly, the extras like hot drinks are a very nice touch. I usually have my hair done by Emily, who is very professional and friendly. However in cases where she was unavailable I was also very happy with other stylists. The atmosphere is relaxed and the salon is always clean. Thank you!

I had the lovely Lillie today who did my colour and cut. Same as everytime she did an amazing job. She is very patient with me and takes her time to make sure everything is to the best ability.

I love the salon and have always enjoyed the whole experience. The staff are great. However, following the recent refurb, I do not like the new chair beds you have for the hair washing sinks. Lying flat in that position is very uncomfortable and it is not at all relaxing. Please can you bring back a hair washing sink with a chair so clients have the option to choose?
