Had agreed with the hairdresser to cut straight line and declined the suggestion to have a shorter middle section. However still ended up with a lot shorter and uneven curt in the middle

Both me and my nan had our hair done today by Scarlet Hambly. My nan is 67 and can be very picky. She LOVED how her hair turned out and as did I. My Nan struggled with her mobility and also commented on how accommodating both Scarlet and Sadie were to her (she also said Sadie’s hair was was amazing) This was my second time having my hair done by Scarlet and I can honestly say I will never go anywhere else but to her and the same can be said for my Nan. Jasmin is great and does excellent job with hair. I have been going there for years because of Jasmin.
But the support staff gives lackluster service, are not even bothered to ask for a drink! Even if they do ask…. They will forget to make or make it undriinkable. For a salon that is charging this amount of money….the whole experience is very basic.
