HOB Hair Salon Mill Hill, London

Thus is the second time Saira has cut my hair. I am nurturing a pixie cut after cutting it extremely short to cut out the remainder of my colour. Saira is rocking it.

Have been getting my tint done with Emma for good few years. She has always been wonderful.
Wouldn’t have my hair tint with anyone else.

Thank you for fitting me in on Monday. Colour all set to see me through the November lockdown. Always cheery and relaxed which makes my visits all the more enjoyable.

The colour came out perfect, just how I wanted and the blend is to die for. I only get a balayage once a year as the blend is so perfect when my hair grows out it still looks so good.

Amazing, Amber listened to what I wanted, and understood what I was trying to explain even though I didn't known the technical terms, also took into account how I normally wear my hair at home or work to make sure the cut worked for me. Have had so many compliment since! Thank You!

Exactly what I needed. Could book on the day fitted in with the time I needed. Good at understanding what I wanted amd very quick efficient blow dry. Also v helpful as it was raining with a rain over. Love the fact I can just book on the day.

I had my balayage done by Amber and my hair blow dried by Lucy. Both lovely girls who made me feel comfortable and have a great experience!

I had a very short appointment, basically, to have my fringe trimmed as I couldn’t get a long enough appointment to have a cut and blow dry.
However, I’ve made an appointment for next week.
Saira is a brilliant stylist. I’m looking forward to returning next week for my second Cut and blow dry.

Lucy transformed my daffodil blonde accident which was the result of a university prank to an amazing shade of platinum blonde. I love it she certainly took the challenge head on! Looks so cool my new look is pure ice man.

I've been going to hob for over 6 years, I really love the whole salon experience at Hob from the greeting from the lovely grace to the friendly chats with all the other staff, I leave my amazing colourist Emma W to just get on with my colour she knows exactly what I want , and years of fabulous blow drys with little Emma and since she has gone on maternity leave Yasmin or Monica , seeing amber grow from junior to Busy stylist and not forgetting an amazing hair wash and head massage with Lilly or Megan .

The haircut was awful. The stylist couldn’t go down to the grade I wanted, she used clippers aggressively which was very uncomfortable and did the same with a hard brush. To be honest, I just wanted to leave as quickly as possible because of how poor the cut was. I won’t be returning.

Unfortunately, that was the worst experience ever I’ve got for the haircut.
In general, I’m easy and this is only the hair and it will grow eventually.
I don’t remember hairdresser introducing herself, therefore, can’t choose the name.
The way she did the job was very bad. All I needed was to trim my fringe and back, nothing fancy, but she did not managed to cut it straight, the comb stroke was very harsh, the scissors slid on my neck’s skin until snipped. The protective gown was not closed tight on the back and all hair that was cut fell under my shirt. I left salon very disappointed.

I love my haircut but was very disappointed at the price rise to £51. Also lucky enough I didn’t wear the special COVID covers. I wasn’t told that was also extra till I paid for my hair cut. I am a older lady.

So satisfied with my haircut. I don’t remember the name of the hairdresser but he was a gentleman, he listened attentively to what I wanted and did even kept asking during cutting if I was happy. Super happy with my haircut.

Had my first haircut from Stephen since lock down and extremely satisfied with the service and that nothing has slipped due to Covid.
