First time visiting salon this morning. Saira was so relaxed and really took the time to find out exactly what I wanted from my haircut. She kept me informed of what she was doing throughout and was so meticulous. I had quite a bit off my hair but I felt totally confident in Saira’s hands. She explained exactly what she was doing and why and offered specialist advice about how I could try other styles as well as nursing my damaged roots back to good health. It is pricier than other salons but it’s worth paying that bit extra for such attention to detail and results. I will be visiting Saira from now on for cut and blow dry. She’s amazing. Best haircut I’ve ever had!

I booked a haircut with Nathalie. I wanted to change my style and have side bangs. I was nervous as I am very protective of my long hair and didn’t want too much cut off. From the outset Nathalie listened and made sure she understood exactly what I wanted. She checked that I was happy with what she was doing throughout. She cut my hair exactly as I wanted it and blow dried it beautifully. I couldn’t be happier with my cut. I would highly recommend Hob Salon Mill Hill and in particular the Stylist Nathalie.

I showed the lady a picture with the specific colour and I wanted it as close to the roots as possible and she made my hair almost black completely different to what I wanted !

The salon is very pricy but there is Saira, a beautiful girl with blue hair and golden personality and I have to go there because of her. I always leave the salon happy and with immaculate hair style!

Emma has been coloring my hair for over ten years. She is beyond the best. I would highly recommend.

Emma did a great job on my colour and I was nervous as I had never been to the salon and was trying out a balayage transformation! It’s the day of the colour and she explained it in time etc how it may change, and I am happy so far! Natalie also did a great job on the blow dry!

Happy with the Salon but with the prices going up decided to switch to a mobile hairdresser for my cut In Future. I understand businesses have to cover their costs! But for me not worth paying. Sorry!!!

I can’t recommend this branch highly enough. Emma is highly skilled colour technician who listens carefully and gives excellent, honest advice. Lilly is a talented stylist who cuts hair beautifully and can tame even the trickiest curly hair like mine! The receptionists are so friendly and helpful and the staff who wash hair look after you so well. I have tried other salons a few times but keep coming back to the Mill Hill HOB branch because it is so much better than local alternatives in my opinion.
