Jackie is a great stylist who made me feel human again after illness. She is not just an expert at her craft but fun to be with.
The salon and staff are all agreeable.

Alex is amazing! She has literally transformed my life! My mostly grey, but originally dark brown, hair is now a stunning but completely natural looking blonde. It’s taken 10 years off me. I have had so many admiring comments on my hair and anyone new I meet thinks I’m a natural blonde. She knows just the colours/tones to work with my skin. She’s a true artist. I have been going to her for 2 years now and she has given me lots of tips and referrals for other age reducing strategies too which have worked wonders. And she is such a lovely fun person too, I really enjoy our sessions together and would consider her a friend. Thanks for being so awesome Alex!

I’ve had Rupert as my colourist and stylist for around 35years. He understands the complexity of my hair when cutting and as a colourist he is incredible. I cannot recommend him enough.

I have been going to Jay for the past 7 years or so. I don’t live in the UK any longer so, my trips to London are scheduled around Jay’s availability. He is super skilled, very welcoming and professional. My hair is btw ethnic Peruvian coarse, high quality, super long hair (not boasting, just facting), and only Jay R can make it look more delicate, softer, even longer and expensive. I thank him for being so good at what he does.

I love coming to Jo Hansford- it’s always relaxing and calm - excellent service from all the Staff and Natalie is the best hairdresser in London.

Jackie has been cutting my hair since the 90s. She is a brilliant hairdresser and has an excellent relationship with customers

I travel from Norway just to get my hair cut by Jay.. he is extremely skilled and pleasant to be around. I highly recommend booking time with him. He will leave you looking pretty, stylish and full of psitive energy.

Haircut was much much shorter than I expected. I said I was happy with overall style and just wanted a trim and a few cms off. Sophie cut off about 4 inches from main length; and added short layers to ear length. I came home and cried a bit as it looks bad to me and will take me years to regrow.

Zenda was fabulous on colour as always.
