I had a truly wonderful visit to Jo Hansford hair salon in Mayfair yesterday. My colour was by Stephen and cut by Daniel, absolutely delighted with both. The atmosphere had a great buzz. It’s a salon that gets customer service right from the first contact with the reception team right through to the finish with the Stylists and their support staff. First Gemma performed her magic and gave me a sophisticated approach to natural aging... flahses of platinum against dar lights. Just gorgeous and totally natural looking without a need to cover the roots. Then Tess freed those curls. Ejnd result was a volume look that is a knock out.

Craig as brilliant as ever, Lucy as lovely as ever

Nobody cuts like Jay. Every time it’s slightly different but always so elegant and the style stays in shape for months. The salon is welcoming and the staff friendly, I didn’t get the name of the young woman who washed my hair but she did a great head massage.

I had a great experience at the salon. Clive was friendly, personable and absolutely lovely to work with. He listened as I explained my objective and expertly guided me toward just the right new style. I love the new look and my husband likes it, too, now that he's gotten used to it.
