I had my first “hair botox” treatment today with Ansha and couldn’t be happier. I’ve been suffering with hair breakage and she took the time to explain the whole process clearly, which really put me at ease. My hair already feels smoother, healthier, and stronger. I’m confident Ansha will get my hair back on track – highly recommend.

I have been coming to this salon for a number of years for my colour with Stephen and cut/styling with Daniel. I find them to be that rare combination of friendly, approachable, interesting and absolute professionals. It’s and absolute joy to come to the salon, all staff without exception are friendly, care, and communication especially reception make any request seem easy and with a super quick and helpful response.

Amazing colour, perfect placement of my foils by Victoria and a great cut and finish with Tess, afterwards to complete my look.

Daniel listens to my hair issues and I always feel at ease and confident when he explains what he will do and he gave me a fabulous haircut and some very useful aftercare advice - I was very very happy - Thank You So Much!!

This is the 3rd time I have had my hair cut/restyled by Zacharie. His knowledge and skills are outstanding because he bases his cutting on the facial structure of the client he is working with. He cuts very little off, but very precisely this had a huge & positive impact on me.

Michaela has been cutting my hair for 6 years now and is the best hairdresser I have ever had. We tweak it now and then but she just gets me and I am always stopped and asked who my hairdresser is. She really is the best.

Tamim did an amazing job — I absolutely loved it. It was truly outstanding, and my emotions are beyond words. Everything was perfect. See you soon!

I used to have a hairdresser phobia! I would put off going and feel so nervous whilst having my hair done but Tess and Louisa have changed that! They are warm and friendly and treats me like a friend everytime I go. I walk out feeling great and always get compliments about my hair!

My haircuts always amazing and my colour too. However what sets Jo Hansford apart from the rest is the whole experience of being a part of this unique team.
My partner and I always feel like we're part of the family.
To be able to manage to deliver an upscale service and yet, combine that with the kind and friendly approach, takes a huge effort.
What's also touching is that team members who aren't directly involved in my hair, take the time to greet me.
A visit to Jo's salon is much, much more than just expecting great hair; it's a real tonic for the soul!
