Happy with the service but I had booked for a 30 pound blow dry and was charged 45 pound (plus 25 pound of treatment = 70 pound).
If there was a change with the stylist I should have been informed in advance about the price change since the intention was not to spend 70 pound for a blow dry. thanks

Despite the depressing context of the pending start or Lockdown #2, Antonella was happy, perky, social, and pleasant, as she always is. Always a great experience and colouring result with her.

Brilliant haircut and customer care. Truly disappointed in the dreadful and misguided use of disposable plastics. Please look closely at your corporate ethics at this pivotal time. Hot washing of towels and gowns in ethical products is preferable

Alessandro was my stylist. I am a client from Westfields but I will travel further to book with him because he consistently gets my short haircut spot on. He is so good and creative, and very particular about the finished look. I always feel (and hopefully look) great when I leave! 10/10

I felt like I was in good hands and loved the haircut. After the treatment suggested by Tomer, my hair fees and looks so much healthier. I fee the salon has done everything they can to make clients safe for both the staff and client.

I specifically asked for type of style advertised on T&G’s website... i found myself desperately disappointed with result and now look like a mother of 50.
My husbands attempts to reassure me i dont look like a horse have not been successful.

My haircut is great as per usual. Tomer always does a very good job.
I was quite taken aback by the price rise of £14 which is 21%! I know that the pandemic is affecting everyone financially but I feel that Toni&Guy are asking me to pay more than my fair share.
Though I don't want to sadly I may have to reconsider where I will go for my future haircuts.
It was great to see everyone again. Their attention to detail with regard to placement of screens and PPE for staff and customers was reassuring.

Had first highlight have great confidence in the team at south ken however half way through the process . Had cut and blow dry today, super . Will post the final outcome once all complete .

During our consultation we discussed about length, style and I brought a pics to illustrate exactly what I wan, also the senior stylist showed me a Tony&Guy catalog.
As a result of cut is unhappiness. I don't like shape , so short and bad cut. I am look like went to be a model at free salon training session.
Let's see in a week or two if the haircut settle in.

To be honest, I didn’t like it. I’m used to the fact that in your subsidiaries of salons you wash my hair nicely and are always welcoming. In Saturday I was uncomfortable. And I didn't like the haircut. When I washed my hair the next day, I found that my hair does not look very beautiful. I haven’t looked so bad for a long time. I am very very upset about the way I look now. I did not expect this from TONI&GUY. We'll have to fix my haircut in another TONI&GUY.
