I had my roots done, trim, wash and blow dry today with Matt. Matt is very funny and nice man. I'm pleased with my hair. Hairdressers is in good location and it's stylish and modern inside. It's very clean and tidy including the toilet.
Always have this very good experience in this salon, very well looked after and the stylist knows what she is doing:)

Karen was so attentive, warm, and friendly today! She completely put me at ease—we had such a great chat and she was incredibly reassuring throughout the whole appointment. I loved that she explained every single step of the process so clearly to me. She really made my experience so much better. I would love to book again with Karen soon and will happily be travelling all the way from Forest Gate just to book her, because the experience today was a total 10/10.
