I booked for the.section of highlites.My hair was started 20 mins late, cause junior off ill.Id allowed 2 hours for my visit...which turned into 1 hour 40 mins so not great start.T section colour lovely...however I have blonde bit at front of hair...this doubled in size ...once my hair was finished.I thought no problem ..I went bk next day to correct just front of hair..I arrived at 2.30 and left at 5pm !! First colour came out too light...then second sitting ..too dark...just left as I thought " this is not good " .I also booked in for a hair mask...after all the time in salon, was charged for it.First experience at salon...won't be bk !! Stylist and Head Stylist wasn't really bothered...moved onto next client , very embarrassing.
