Sadly I was really disappointed with my experience.
Stylist was so friendly, but clearly wasn’t confident with cutting hair. My fringe was gappy, and length which he cut it varied greatly on top - long fly away hairs missed all over
No complaints on back and sides, and he faded my hair line well so suspect he would give a good skin fade
HOB team - please invest some time training your team so they are confident in what they are doing. - when charging £40 for a haircut and beard trim customers will expect to leave satisfied. I think my experience says more about job management than the sound lad who cut my hair
I did ask him to touch up some areas before I left, but gave up in the end as was a little fruitless

Been happily going out of my way to have Will cut my hair for a long time now. This is because trust and rapport is as, if not, more important to me; than expertise.
