Tez was great, I liked my hair outcome and she was friendly and professional. Not to happy about the blow dry done by another lady. It was very painful and my hair was pulled a lot and my scalp
Is sore since. For what I paid I don’t think it was worth it.

Haircut again earlier this week. Pretty normal experience. But then I thought - normal with Marie at Toni & Guy in Harrow means excellent service, quality wash and cut, good relaxed conversation and a fair price.
