I went for a full head of highlights with Pepe and a cut and blow dry with Lorna.
I was really impressed with Pepe - he took on board all I said and an amazing result in the end. Highly recommended!
Fantastic cut from Lorna - again listened to what I wanted and did her best. I was very pleased with the result. Highly recommend both these staff!!!!

Didn’t get the name of the stylist but the colorist’s name is *****.

Unfortunately the end result left me disappointed. The colour was almost forced on me (I could have refused but I decided to trust the colourist. Mistake). The hair style not really matching the picture I provided. If anything I think the overall result ages me quite a bit. I am contemplating shaving my hair off and start from scratch.
I appreciate the guys had the best intentions and they were most professionial and I cannot fault them for that but the results fall somewhat short of what I had in mind

I had an appointment with lovely Marie, but I was terribly late as the trains were very slow due to the bad weather. (I come to this salon from Chesham as I love their service so much). Luckily, they managed to fit me in with Lara, as I had an event to go to and my hair desperately needed attention. Lara did a fantastic job on my hair and I got loads of compliments on it at the event. I can't recommend them highly enough, well worth travelling to, even through snow!
