Holly has been looking after my hair colour for two years, and she is brilliant at it. Her advice is spot on, and she is meticulous and careful. Importantly, she knows colour, and how to achieve a natural finish to match skin tone.

Hiro has been cutting my hair for nearly 2 years, and he is the BEST. From the start he created a style to suit my face shape, and he’s been perfecting and modifying it since. He takes his time to create the right texture and always gives me a cut better than I imagined. Left the salon feeling lighter and have received no end of compliments since.

Absolutely fantastic as always. An amazing saloon. Have been going there for years and am always really pleased with my hair.

Holly did my colour with her usual confidence & care. Then after 30minutes I was handed over to Megan to wash my hair - the hair wash & scalp massage are unbelievably relaxing. Finally Priti cut my bob with her incredible skill (she learnt from the Master Hiro). The staff at Gary Ingham are warm & friendly, you always feel valued and the conversation is lively - and equally if you don’t feel like talking, that is respected too.

For a half head of highlights and haircut appointment, I was in the salon for around five hours for highlights alone. The reason is that the stylist delegated the mixing of the highlights and it was done incorrectly resulting in my hair turning a pink/purple. It took hours to get the pink/purple out, with the trainee initially telling me that it sometimes happened. It was a complete ordeal. I missed my evening out, didn’t get the haircut and it’s the first time that I have felt near to tears in a hairdresser’s. Whilst they didn’t charge me and a senior stylist did his best to get my hair back to where it should have been there was no
follow up and I still receive the emails to rebook- with no obvious sign that it wouldn’t happen again.

It happened 2 months ago. I haven’t been back. It’s not a cheap salon and I had confidence due to it working with Aveda products. However, my assessment was just relief that there wasn’t damage to my hair and to be able to leave. The rest of the experience was terrible.

He’s a genius! Always in safe hands with Gary and such a joy to spend time with him. Thank you so much.

I have been for my root colour, back at my favorite place, my treat to myself every two months, and just the way everyone is, the interior, the kindness of everyone, the massage at the wash, you just get so much more than you ever thought you would from a hair color.
I would greatly recommend this to everyone.
The products are all good quality, people are generous in their work with people and they are just honestly earning their money and it just makes you feel like there are still people honestly wanting to do something good for other people.
This time does the stylist was not Preeti, Preeti was the stylist last time, but I do not remember the name ofthis very kind and nice young blonde lady who took care of me today.

This salon is situated in the perfect location. The staff and ambience are always incredible. I am a repeat client because my hair is always styled to perfection and the environment of the salon as a whole is completely inviting and makes me want to return back.

I am writing to share some feedback regarding my appointment today.
Because my usual stylist was away on holiday, the salon reassigned me to another team member so I could keep my appointment. I completely understood the change in stylist; however, I was caught off guard when I went to pay. The bill was higher than my usual rate, and I realized after the fact that I had been paired with a stylist at a higher price tier.
While I appreciate the accommodation, I was not informed beforehand that this swap would come with an increased cost, nor was I given the option to choose. It is quite uncomfortable to be presented with an unexpected charge at the counter without prior notice or consent.
As a regular client who values your salon, I always expect clear transparency when it comes to pricing. I wanted to bring this to your attention directly, as I feel it's important feedback for how client changes are handled moving forward.

I had a wonderful experience at this high-end salon for a colour, trim, and blow dry. From start to finish, the service felt professional, relaxing, and very well looked after. The stylist was attentive and clearly very skilled, and I was delighted with how my hair looked when I left the salon.

The finish was glossy, fresh, and exactly what I had hoped for, and the whole appointment felt like a real treat. It was a thoughtful gift, and I’m very grateful for the experience.

I love my sessions at Aveda Hampstead. Everyone is pleasant and welcoming and Tracy always pea a great cut for me. It’s expensive but worth it.
